Powder Room

The fixtures in the powder room have been installed. This is attached to my sleeping area for reasons that are probably obvious to guys my age. Over the sink will be a mirror framed by a copper weave, made custom for us by Rex Morton, a coppersmith in Branson, MO. We ordered a mirror from him a couple of years ago and were extremely pleased with his work and his prices. I selected these fixtures, believe it or not, because I stood firm on my desire for something simple with clean lines for this small space. Ellen's inclination was to find another antique. That may have worked out just fine, but the space is so small, I felt we'd have to really squeeze something in, or spend hours and hours visiting shops to find the right piece. Sorry, that's not my gig.
