Welcome Felipe

A little more than three years ago, I attended new hire training. In my class was a very fine gentleman from Brazil, Felipe. We spent a little time together during those two weeks. I spoke very highly of him to Ellen upon my return, so she always asked me if I renewed my acquaintance whenever I attended an Americas wide event. Remarkably, I always did, except for this year. Our paths didn't cross in February or at the most recent event this week, until I was standing outside the hotel with my baggage, waiting for one of my peers to board the shuttle to the airport. A car pulled up in front of me, and there was Felipe, just arriving as one of the second wave of people attending training. Five minutes later or earlier, and it's likely I'd have missed him. In any event, we've both done well at Dell. In the year since we last met, he's fathered a child and we've built this home. I invited him to the blog, where I said he'd probably learn more about us than he really wants to know. Welcome Felipe, and congratulations again on the birth of your child. My wife wants pictures.
