News update - -Michelin drops two stars from our Hotel rankings

You know that I've touted our desire and hope that you would visit and spend some time with us. Sadly, we've lost two stars from our international Michelin rating due to Jett. No, he's fully house trained now, so that's not it. In fact, it's the house training that has brought us down. He's a well mannered dog that goes to bed when we do, but when he wakes up, either during the night or in the morning, he begins a thunderous round of barking through which it's impossible to sleep. He wants to go outside to do his business, you see. I can relate to how he feels, but imagine having your dreams turn into a bout with terror as you flee a savage animal determined to chew you pieces. This is what you have to look forward to at our house now. The barking will become part of your dreams and it's a deep, mastiff like sound. You may escape until 4:50am, but certainly no later than that. I regret to say that the gorgeous silence of our country sleep is gone now. I can recommend a hotel in town, and may in fact, join you.
