A little better view

Here's a slightly better shot of the pantry door before staining. Although I did not insert myself in this decision, I have pondered why Ellen felt we needed to have a door with a description of where it leads printed on it. The only thing that makes sense to me, is that we are seeing her express a bit of her frustration. After years of hearing from me, "Where did you put the....?", I believe she did this so all she has to say is,"The Pantry". Labelling the door eliminates any possible confusion in my mind, and MIGHT reduce the frequency of hearing my usual follow-up, "It's not there." Of course, it usually is there, but that's telling her side of the story.
