They laid the drainage and performed a rough grade on the front yard today. The top photo is the entry, which I will assume will reach ground level via a pipe and some sort of drain cover. The other is the exit on the other side of the highway. Since the pipe isn't a highway culvert and relatively small, the idea of rainwater collection could actually be done. My first thought was something like a giant condom to slip over the end, but I'm sure I'll improve on that the more I ponder.
