First look at the mudroom tile

Here's a not so good shot of the mudroom and the hallway leading to the kitchen. We were both very busy today, so we couldn't get out to the house until after dark. The camera's flash washed out most of the wall color. The paint in the mudroom is a color labeled Canyon, but I call it apricot. Ellen plans to paint the pantry in Canyon as well. The entry to the pantry is in the foreground on your right in this pic. The hallway and kitchen is painted in Dillweed, but I call it green. The tile you see is also installed in the guest bathroom and pantry. Carpet will be installed in the guest bedroom, my sleeping area, the master closet and the loft. The master bath will have a different tile and the rest of the house will be floored with hardwood.
I hope to have more attractive pictures during a daylight visit, if I can ever get out there during a very busy work schedule. Yes, I'm seeing impact from our economic troubles now, but the projects that are moving forward are doing so at a frantic pace. I think that's because of fear that if they wait, the project will get canceled. There's a lot of demand on my time at the moment, which is also why I've been slow to get blogs posted. Doin' the best I can.
