Here's the framed room in the basement for the mechanicals and a pic of our tankless water heater installation. You can take really long showers when you visit us, without fear of tapping out the hot water supply. Don't know about you, but that'd be a real lure for me to stop in and stay awhile. Hope you feel the same.
