A few from the master bedroom

A few shots from Ellen's sleeping area. The first is the view of the window wall, shot from inside the master closet. The second is the entry onto the deck, and finally, the stairs to the loft that originate in her room. The actual sleeping areas are smaller than one would expect or that we could have created. Our concept though was to use those spaces just for sleeping. The master closet will have the drawers and shelves you need to store stuff, so we didn't plan space for dressers or other pieces of furniture, with one exception. We do have an armoire/entertainment center that I bought over 10 years ago. Technology has passed it by with respect to the opening size for today's wide screen flat panels. We just can't find a buyer for it. It's solid oak and way too nice to discard, so what do you do? It'll end up in one of the corners of Ellen's room.
